My elderly mother ran out of gas heading to this gas station. She was only around the corner from this location. She went inside and asked if they happen to have a gas can she could barrow because she had just ran out of gas around the corner. They allowed her to borrow a can. She put a few bucks in just to give her enough to get her vehicle to the service station. The gas can was awful heavy so she went back in side to ask one of the young men for some help carrying the can to her car. When she reentered the gas station then looked at her like they were bothered by her. She asked them if there was anyway that one of them could help her get the gas can over to her car. One of the boys replied " we don't have time for that! "We have more important things to do, do you see a delivery sign anywhere?" My mother left she ended up carrying it back to the car herself. This is an elderly women with a bad back 2 knees that need replace and user body weakness. I don't believe there has ever been a place that has been so cruel and cold hearted to anyone. I called to speak to the manager he told me his name was chase. He was so rude I could not believe the way he was talking to me. I requested to speak to the owner. He told me that was his father. I started to explain I was upset about making my elderly mother carry that gas can. He said I'm to busy to be having to worry about that. He then continue to tell me he didn't like my tone of voice. I was not yelling or cussing. I simple called to let him know I was upset at the situation. He then hung up on me. The customer service is the worst I have seen in this town. I will never ever shop at this store again. I will continue to make sure that everyone in this town knows the kind of service this establishment provides. Very unhappy customer!
