In 1986 Jeff Phelan received the news that his niece's best friend was killed in a drunken driving accident on her way home from a school dance. With a daughter of his own just one year younger, Jeff grew increasingly concerned for his own family's safety as well as that of the communities children. Not long thereafter, Jeff founded Leisure Limousine. With a mother who taught flying and himself, a pilot flying solo at age 16, transportation was in his blood. He thoughtfully gave his business the name "Leisure" because he had hoped that the parents he would come to serve would be able to sit back, assured that their children were safe. Jeff's good intentions did not go unnoticed and much to his delight, he began to see his small business grow more and more as the community embraced it as a trusted, safe and fun alternative to driving. And not just for their children but for themselves as well. Since 1987 Leisure Limousine has prided itself with safe, affordable, dependable and friendly transportation. 20 years of customer satisfaction makes Leisure Limousine one of the oldest in the area.
