LET IT SHINE is exactly those things and more, a contractor who commits and delivers. Our home had an outdated bathroom, 40 years old. We contacted several contractors, referrals and via Internet, to determine through conversation the level of responsibility and whether they could meet our expectations. Most provide reasonable estimates, but didn’t go the extra mile to win us over, in fact, my wife immediately felt comfortable with the LET IT SHINE team at our initial meeting. She came away feeling like they listened and offered reasonable, effective solutions to the outdated bathroom. We choose LET IT SHINE, we agreed to acquire all/most materials and left items that LET IT SHINE offered to get through suppliers for specialty items. As the material came together and we were ready for them to begin, we agreed to a date. The day for them to start, they came to the house at a reasonable hour, went through the required demolition and then right into the remodel effort, keeping the place clean and getting the job done in a timely manor and keeping us up to date as they worked. Every day for a week, they would be there 7 to 9 hours, rarely stopping for lunch. They listened, provide effective solutions and are very creative when required to fix issues from the original construction. I would recommend them to everyone looking for cost-effective professional with a great work ethic and who brings knowledge to the table as needed for a remodeling project. Had to get a window replaced in my den. The let it shine workers were super careful while working and made sure to clean up any mess left behind. The price was reasonable too. Would recommend.
