I had booked a Cinderella for my daughter's FIRST birthday party- a royal ball theme. My daughter's first birthday was a cinderella theme- from invitations to balloons to decorations to the cake- all Cinderella !!!!

When you call- you get a machine - then someone calls you back. I had a person by the name of Corey call me back. I booked the Cinderella 1 month before the party with him with a credit card hold. She was the make up artist and was to perform a show with activities and do the crowning ceremony at the cake cutting.

A few days before the party - I called and confirmed with him about Cinderella being there at the party which was at a resteraunt. All was confirmed and the address of the resteraunt.

The day of the event-Cinderella did not show up and in place of her they send a balloon clown to my house rather than at the party - which was at the resteraunt!!! The Balloon clown later came to the resteraunt when she saw no one was home and I had to tell her where we were!! She billed me for her 1 hour time and that included her driving time to find the resteraunt because the party co told her the wrong location!



NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!! I did not want to rate it with a star but in order for it to post as I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND- I had to click on it.
