I called because Lewis and Lewis because I did not have good experiences with Uber, Lyft, or several other services who have lost the Human touch with customer service. Ben was on time and took me to a necessary appointment at the VA. He didn't cancel my ride thirty minutes before I was supposed to leave...Uber!!! Or didn't answer their phone!! I needed a ride. Not make a reservation!!

They were nice and professional. Even picked up my brother who at 12 at night. No one was left to pick him up and we were afraid no one can get him. But Lewis and Lewis transportation was open, picked him up.

Took the anxiety off our backs. He got home safely.
That alone to me, deserves 5 stars.

Mr. Lewis picked me up again from Charleston AFB and took me to the Charleston Airport for $20. He was on time and a very safe driver. I highly recommend him and will use his service every time. Cabs cost more and don't always arrive as promised - I've already experienced that. Give him at least a couple of hours of notice and please don't just leave if you find a cheaper ride; he has to drive 20 minutes just to get to the Base. At least call to cancel.

Mr. Lewis picked me up as promised at Charleston AFB lodging and took me to the Charleston Airport. He charged me $20 which included his tip and baggage handling. The taxi fare estimator said $21. I will use his service again. He also said when 2 or more people share his van, they only pay around $12.50 per person. He is well dressed, courteous, and his van is impeccable. He is a retired AF veteran. He said that often people call for a ride, but when he arrives on time to get them, they have taken a ride with someone else and didn't even call to cancel. Sad how discourteous some people are; leaving him stuck with a 26-mile round trip.

Do NOT use this company she charged me, my girlfriend her friend and sister 60 dollars just to go to kfc on main st and azela square and we all came from boone west not even a twenty minute car ride and she charged 60 dollars she is a con artist
