Everything worked out well. Illinois to North Carolina in 7 business days. Did not overcharge and all items arrived in good condition .delivery guys were the best. Stephen was very helpful and Ryan the dispatch manager Wes very helpful.

We were very pleased with all the services provided by Liberty. The salesman Dave was very informative and took time to explain what would happen, and how things are handled. He was very thoughtful of our belongings, and even suggested crating our familys very old grand father clock which we were said we were scared to move. The driver and crew who did the moving were awesome! they worked very hard, I could not have done a better job myself. We had bad weather on moving day, but the Liberty guys handled it like the professionals they are. thanks to Liberty a job well done and appreciated.

Do not use this company for any moving & storage!!!

I have used this company for a move I had moving broken T.Vs for a customer & was quoted about 330.00 for the move. I was shocked to find out that the charges FROM THE INVOICED QUOTE IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I WAS CHARGED..... No I am being charged 1,090.00 WOW. I was told by a sales person that the charge went up because A FAT BALD GUY would not let them into my location. This is not the case the manager Bill ( THE FAT BALD GUY ) walked them into the unit & opened it with no problem. When I explained this to the Owner of this company he chaged his story to now he was waIting for a payment and could not get ahould of me. Well I had no missed calls on my work or cell phone I had no missed E-mails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY & YES I will be reporting you to the BBB Thanks, To jeff & aron at liberty ripoff & moving. for taking advantage of have somones equipment and holding it hotage unitl thay pay you three time the amount agreed upon.

I have recently needed equipment moved in ,IL With using the Yellow pages I found Liberty Moving & Storage.



I wished I had not!



I was treated great while getting a quote. Then came time to use the services. Thay sat around for a couple extra hours with no excuse & then tried to bill me for this!!! I said no & now the are holding my equipment hostage. I was quoted 385.00 for the total move (2 extra hours & shrink wrap) is an addtional 415.00 bringing my total to more then double how can you stay in business as a robber. for a total cost was 850.00 I will not pay this amount to any >>>>>>thief<<<<<<<<
