Provided by YP.comMy experience with Lil' Angels Photography was exceptional! The staff was so good during my daughters session. I couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful quality of the photos, the props and trendy backdrops (not cheesy like other school photos) and the price was very reasonable too. Just an overall wonderful company! Thank you Lil' Angels for preserving these beautiful photos to display in our home and have these to look back on as out lil' angel grows up.

Provided by YPmobileThey took pics at my daughters school and when everybody's pictures came in they forgot mine, the teacher said she'd call them but I didn't hear back for a couple of weeks so I called myself and they told me i should have called earlier but no, they should not have overlooked my order.. very unprofessional. Also they said they'd send me a free cd with all the pics for my wait. Well its been about over 3 months now and i just got my pics today. And no cd! Not to mention overpriced for the quality and i know good pics bc my mom is a professional photographer. And she couldn't believe how unprofessional they are with everything! Never ordering from them again.
Hi Amber, I'm sorry that happened to you. We order photos through a software program and sometimes our processing woman makes an error or the lab doesn't send something. We normally catch a missing item before it leaves our office but we are human. It has happened that it gets misplaced at the school after we have dropped something off as well. We photograph thousands of kids a year with no problems. I'm sorry you got poor customer service. That is not our standard practice. We apologize!
