Brief summary to a long sad story: Ordered bridesmaids dresses 2 months ago. Wedding is 1st week in April. ETA on last dress: 3 days before wedding. Still have to get the dress altered. Girls were rude and unhelpful. Told me I could pay $117 to have it overnighted (at my expense).

In this economy return customers is vital to keeping a business a live. I have already called three of my girlfriends that are getting married and told them to beware and my girlfriend that is a wedding planner. Next step posting reviews and then BBB. This could possibly ruin the wedding and they don't care. Don't take the chance. Go else where.
