Provided by YP.comWell when u enter as a potential residents they give u an ok welcoming. The units are small compared to what u get at other properties which are located right accross the street for the same price. After u have signed a lease the customer service disaapears bc ur in a contract and cant just break your lease bc u came to realize its not as pleasant as they made it seem. Its simular to the car sales person who glorifies this great deal hes gonna give that your the 1rst to get and u realize later he lied and cares nothing about u and ur upside down 10k. They have lost rent checks and had four people waiting to dispute they dropped it in the drop box and the check misteriously disappeared. lol They throw parties and events but wont change your air filter unless u ask? They dont follow up or clean the spider webs along the water for residents who live in the garden style units. They will try to speak to u as if your not paying almost a thousand dollars to live ther which the forget after the lease has been signed. 13 dollars an hour plus a bonus that is promised to office staff and never given is the reason the empoyes act the way they do bc they dont care after the company doesnt follow through. its a lead by example thing. This manegement company has ppor customer service and hires anyone. They def could use a class on profesional dress attire. This is the truth and i will b informing numerous people bc at the end of the day we work hard for our money and should b treated a certain way. U can hear everything your neibors doo the property was built verry poor and no parking!! Thats why we chose to live in Las Colinas!!!
