We are a family owned and operated business established in 1953; originally started under the name of Link & Son by Charles Link and his son Philip Link, doing work out of their home. In 1968 they decided to open a retail store named Lin Supply Co. that catered to the "Do It Yourself" customer. By this time Phil's sons Steve and Dave began involvement in the business. In 1972 as business grew we purchased the property and constructed the building we currently use today. In 1979 we merged the two operations into a single corporation named Lin Supply Inc. and operate under the two trade names Lin Supply Co & Link & Son Plumbing and Heating. By 1986 we had outgrown our existing building and built an addition that more than doubled our facilities. Though as our company has grown over the years we still maintain the personal touch to our business to both our employees and especially our customers, because we believe that's what separates us from the "Big Box Stores"
This is our retail store. We offer a full line of products for plumbing, heating, & air-conditioning. We also have a variety of electrical products, tools, hardware items, and spa/swimming pool parts and chemicals. Along with our stock of fixtures, parts, and supplies, we offer competitive pricing for both the homeowner and the contractor. And the best value you will find at Lin Supply is the expert licensed professionals at your disposal to answer questions or problem you may have.

Not a very good experience - Poor customer service/relations
A/C was not working.Turned off 2 days.Seemed to work when service tech arrived. He guessed a bug (yes the actual insect) may have crawled in and temp affected unit (what???). Stated he would inspect unit and insure functioning properly. Unscrewed 2 bolts and hooked up gauge.Went to truck and made phone calls for 20+ mins.Came out & said nothing wrong, call back if need be, and handed me $130 bill.Uh for what exactly? 2 mins of actual work and 20 mins of yakking on phone in air cond truck? I expected some charge, but $130. Seriously? Not exactly the right approach to build customer loyalty. Dreadful experience. Tried to support a local business but got taken advantage of. Skip this one folks.
