Total Scam Artist! We paid her in full then lost all contact with her the week of the wedding and the planner never showed up. She promised to let us borrow tons of decorations, coolers, etc and then left us with nothing on our wedding day wondering if she was going to show up. I had to call her multiple on my wedding day while getting ready for the ceremony hoping she would pick up and say she was on her way, but instead we had to beg family members to skip our ceremony and set up our reception. A wedding planner is supposed to make your day easier, not completely horrible. She refuses to issue us a refund, and now, 4 weeks later, is still dodging our calls and not returning emails. Stay away from this "business" unless you want to be left at the altar.
