I went to see Patricia last year and she told me she could not help because I did not show a hardship. Since then I lost my job. I went back to her because she didn't take my money the first time. All the other companies told me they could help and wanted all the money up front. I was glad I kept her name. I got a great modification and she made the payments easy for me to afford while she worked on my application. I even got my value reduced!

Honesty is hard to find in Florida. This is one honest company.

I had contacted my lender for help on several different occasions. I sent in the information they requested at least 3 times. I was told twice I didn't qualify. I hired an attorney and waited another 6 months. I paid a retainer plus a monthly fee to stay in my home. Someone told me about Patti Dee and I called her. I had a sale date that week. My attorney wanted another $2,000 to appear in court. I had given up hope and was packing. At 8 pm the day before the sale date Patti called me and said stop packing. She not only got the sale postponed she was able to get me an approval for a loan modification. I couldn't believe my ears. I was now over a year behind, packing and facing a nevous breakdown.
