I chose Lobb’s because of their honesty. A few years ago I noticed a growth on the trunks of our many, many trees. A National company said they’d need to put in spikes in the ground every 3’ along the drip line to inject a chemical. Lobb’s said the growth wasn’t a problem and to leave it alone. What to do? Luckily, one of my high school friends (1978) has a bachelors degree in botany. I sent pictures to her and she said it wasn’t a problem (lichens) and to leave it alone. I hired Lobb’s and our trees continue to be healthy and beautiful as is the rest of our landscaping and the growth of our boxwood hedge is amazing.
Victoria in the office is amazing, very responsive. She even called me because she saw a missed call from the night before. And she’s so pleasant to talk to.

I used this service for 6 months. I started to refuse payments because my yard was in worse shape since they started. MUCH worse. Full grown weeds were thriving in my yard just weeks after an application... like the spray crew missed sections of the yard and/or didn't care about what they were doing. I apparently didn't complain quickly enough.
