Her car was sandwiched (3 cars in the back and 3 in the front). This was Probably among the top 10% of the Lengthiest cases of 21st century to WIN (04/05/2012-10/03/2016) in TX.

She suffered multiple injuries which included 6 Herniated disks from Neck to Mid & Lower back. Over the course of 4 1/2 Yrs, she went thru every conservative Med Treatments ( Chiropractors, Doctors i.e.Neurologists, Neurosurgeons ,over 10 MRIs, Several Injections in the Neck & Back without any Cure. But to the Insurance Co,There was nothing wrong with her.

Her Attorneys @ Brian Loncar & Associates and their staff members worked Non-Stop, trying to successfully resolve the case. This included, constant communications with us, winning Legal Battles in Court Multiple times. VERY slow and the "paralegal" I dealt with was VERY unprofessional and RUDE. I had two cases that the paralegal messed up and merged together and I've been waiting almost 1 yr for the second case settlement. I would NOT recommend this law firm at all!!!
