Jay never makes the appointment. Does not apologize for missed appointment and set up another time to do the job. Did not complete the job either. Choose someone else who is more professional.

Doesn't keep appointments, unprofessional and unqualified, sloppy workmanship and amateur skills. If you want the job done right, keep looking. If you want cheap inferior work, call Jay.

Great experience. Too of the line service. Jay was very helpful in explaining everything thay was going on and made the impossible possible

I Called long island irrigation@gutter for a gutter repair and for clean. They were very an honest company them. I called they weeks ago, I told them my house gutter needs to repair some of it. They did the clean gutters and they told me that don't need to repair for it because was gutter drain some loose of attached so they tied together for it. They did a very good job , prices was right to anyone needs service this is the company you want to call. I'm really highly recommend to them.

gave them a lighting job and prepaid it, they never finishEd the job. weighing my options on whether to sue him. avoid at all costs

I'm a pretty new homeowner and had many different problems with my in-ground sprinklers, some of which might have been caused by me not winterizing the system correctly last year. Others were pre-existing. I saw these guys on Yellow Pages after a Google search and, with the 20% off coupon, decided to give them a try. They visited my house today.



I knew about one cracked pipe and three zone valve problems, but they found an additional two cracked lines, two malfunctioning zone valves, at least two busted heads, and also moved one head out from among some bushes to where it could do more good. They were at my house for a good four hours and asked for $300 after the discount, which I thought was a good price.



The reason why I'm not giving them five stars is because they left junk on my lawn, and not a little. I had to clean up three solenoids, several sections of removed tubing, metal clamps, pipe fittings, a wet (sweaty?) rag, and even a whole sprinkler head that had been removed, among other bits and pieces. Some of this could have damaged my mower or injured someone if I hadn't noticed them, particularly the solenoids.



Also, they arrived at my house almost five hours *before* they were scheduled. While better than being late, it's a good thing I wasn't planning on being anywhere today.



All in all, I'd probably recommend them, with some caveats.

GREAT JOB!!!! My previous sprinklers werent installed deep enough, so the lawn mower chopped the tops off....Jay came and fixed all the sprinklers as expected....and his fee was lower than all the other estimates!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent service. They were on time and completed the work on the scheduled day even through a steady rain. The system works very well. Jay explained everything to us in detail and showed us how it would be laid out. We strongly recommend LI Irrigation and Gutters.

I never have wrote a review about any service provided to me. But this time is the exception, I was impressed, jay and his crew did my install on a cold and rainy Sunday. I was amazed at the dedication anybody else would've postpone to a later date. The installation was done perfect. Jay explained the install thoroughly and I was comfortable with all the suggestions he made. I read all his reviews and that's the reason I chose him. Needless to say all the reviews are 100 % accurate. Highly recommend.

Out of all big companys I been threw . they were on time as scheduled,and performed

renovation on my sprinkler system like it was on the contract paper work i signed . Very professional with their employees@equipment,and my property. Jay explained how the system works step by step and what cover under warranty .They gave me 10% offf like there advertisment was verry happy with there work . Honest people AND I RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY !

We had our sprinkler system put in last week. I was very happy and satisfied with this company. Communication was excellent as Jay explained everything thoroughly and listened to our needs and wants. I called and requested a free estimate. When Jay arrived he fully explained everything about the installation process and materials he would use and answered all of the questions my wife and I had.
