They are very expensive and slow with their work. I had paid about 250 just to change oil and to get quote on additional work needed.

It was a rainy Friday night, March 12, 2010. My son had an accident about a mile from our house on Clemson Rd. I called (Kim) Robert's Towing. He was there in less than thirty minutes. He was very friendly and very professional. Overall just a great service experience. I would highly recommend using this service if you ever have a need.

This company is the worst tow company I ever had to deal with. The customer service who claimed she was the Vice President hung up on me 3 times. They were late and they do not give accurate information to drivers. It was the most unprofessional company! DO NOT USE this company! There are so many other companies you could use that will appreciate your business. They will also charge you for service as well as charge the car place you tow it to and NOT REFUND! You will have to go thru your bank to get monEy back, BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

This cmpany is a SCAM and CON ARTIST. They will charge your card twice if I could give no stars I would. They are unprofessional and RUDE.
