Provided by YP.comWorst customer service ever! Refused to answer our phone calls and messages before our wedding when we didn't receive our jam favors. When our reception coordinator finally got a hold of them they said he forgot our wedding was that weekend. He only had 3/4 of our favors for us and refused to answer our phone calls and messages requesting a refund. My bride was super stressed over Lost Loon Farms incompetence. Our coordinator caught him as he tried to sneak in and drop off the 3/4 of our favors 2 hours before our wedding without anyone seeing him and described him as "sketchy." I would highly recommend against doing any business with Lost Loon Farms. I have just had my credit card company issue a charge back against them because almost 2 weeks after my wedding I still can't get a hold of them to get our refund for the missing favors.
