I recently had service ( recall) performed at your service dept. I called and made an appointment with your service advisor, Susanne Reyes. She coordinated the appointment and service recall on my Tiffin Phaeton.

I am over the road driver been using freightliner dealers all over in usa never been satusfied trust me thease people they are better then others they really take care of me specifically the customer service adviser janifer really professional nice with customers she know her job very well if you have to go there try to see her not the other guy who work next to her mean person dont know any thing I hope freightliner hire more people like her and they have best machanic I tell you what great great machanic since he fixed my truck never have any problem he fixed the oil leak his name is George if he is working on you truck you will be lucky actually he got a lot of experience it's really hard to find michanics like him .
