We called this groomer to get some general pricing and information. Woman who answered the phone was very abrupt, rude and condescending. She actually hung up the phone mid conversation. She lost a potential customer due to her horrible customer relation skills. Sorry. Will find a business that treats it's customer with respect.

Ruthie is amazing with dogs. You couldn't ask for a better person to handle your loving pet. She explained everything she was going to do, offering just enough options in products. No pressure in doing everything either. If you have a dog who is anxious when you take them to the groomer, they won't be with once you take them to see Ruthie.
