One lady that worked there was so nice and very helpful, but the young girl working there was very rude and disrespectful before I even told her what I needed. I'm not from Charleston so I really needed to find out what steps I needed to take to get my car taken care of but she was so rude and would not help, I ended up having to call the owner and having my insurance company call him as well. But the next day the other lady was working and the difference was like night & day. Because of her I give this business 1 star, otherwise I wouldn't give them any, but I have to say that you need to be careful who you have working for you because it could either make or break your business! Please be nice and helpful to your customers because they are the reason for your business!
