In May, 2020, I hired Lucas Septic to install two septic tanks. On October 10, 2022, I had to have one tank drained, which is a very short period for a two member family. Today, February 27, 2023, I had to have the same tank drained again. (just 4 months) The liquid is not draining at all from the tank. I called Lucas and he did not answer and I couldn't leave a message because it was full. I sent a text and he has not responded. He had made several promises that was not kept. I am considering small claims court to recoup some of the money spent to have a sewer system that works. I cannot and will not recommend to anyone.

We called to get quotes from several companies. Mr Quattlebaum was very reasonable on his price, done very excellent work, and was very professional. My lot had a ton of roots and stumps and he took care of all that as he was digging. Mr Quattlebaum is a family man and works so hard. We learned this as he was working and installing our system. I highly recommend him!! He made sure everything the inspector wanted was done and went over and above for us!!
