I just called this company to request a taxi and stupid me thought I could talk to a person with some customer service skills. The jerk who answered the phone hung up on me when I dared to ask him if I could have a taxi pick me up at 4:00 pm, since it's only 2:30 pm he just said to call later and hung up. I will never use their service!

Friday, March 13, a driver with Lucky Cab picked my husband and I up at Mandalay Bay for a trip to McCarren. The woman driver was rude, complained constantly about the rotten cab system in Las Vegas, told us she only lives on gratituties since "she makes nothing while waiting for passengers.Then she proceeds to take us 'through the tunnel' (we have been to Las Vegas 40 times and know this is the long way to the airport). When questioned, she said it was faster, since there was less traffic (this was at 5 AM.) Our fare was $l9.10 which is the most we have ever paid from any hotel on the strip. Her 'gratitutie' was much less then we normally give because of her annoying behavior.



I just wanted someone to know that this driver was not a good ambassador for Las Vegas and certainly not for the cab industry.
