This place is not a reputable business. I placed a deposit over the phone for an arcade machine that was described as working well. I drove 3.5 hours to pick the game up and it was not as described. One attenedant even told another customer that the game was acting up. When I called him out on the operation of the game and told him I didn't want it. He informed me that my deposit was non-refundable. I was forced to either eat my $100 charge or go home with merchandise sold in his store. I now have in my posession a 20 year old NES with 7 beat up games 3 of which have issues.



Not good business at all. I am out $100 and 10 hours of my life!!

Don't waste your time shopping at Joe's Video Games or Lyons Arcade or what ever they decide to name their business. This is a horrendous store with one of the rudest persons I've ever come across. They are incapable of treading you with respect and understanding when they sell you faulty merchandise.
