Provided by YP.comI called on April 13,10 @ 10:40 AM and inquired about a few parts for a truck & a car they told me they didn't have what I was looking for and then said to me to go to cosmos when I asked what that was and were they were he rudly hung up on me when I was in the middle of asking. When I called back to ask why he hung up he hung up again . Rude and we will never ever ask or go to this yard again A stupid mistake on their part since we are in Morris/Passaic county and buy and sell cars very often, also The co that refered me to this co will no longer be doing so!! WATCH out who you are speaking to they just cost you alot of money and in this economy every dime counts!!!! BEING RUDE IS NEVER AN OPTION IN BUSINESS ESPECIALLY WHEN SOMEONE WAS SO POLITE TO YOU!!!
Lady you should be a book writer,the lies you tell should have your tounge removed.....1st off we don't sell parts,this is a repair shop..I remember the conversation vividly,I tried to help you but you went on to babble like you were confused on who you even called..Then you kept playing the call back game like you were looking for closure,better luck wit lottery lady..Good luck wit your parts!!
