Provided by YP.comI left my car on a Thursday to have my door handle fixed. There were extenuating circumstances on their end and I did not recieve my car until Monday. My door handle works, but my car won't lock from the inside. And anything I found out about the status of my car was only because I called or went to their shop. I was treated as a nuisance rather than a paying customer. I doubt that I will use them again.
When customer brought vehicle in we explained to him that we were very busy and we would work him in the first chance we got, he was ok with that. The customer supplied his own used parts. We did the best we could with the parts supplied. When customer picked the vehicle up everything worked and the customer acknowledged that the repair was correct.
