I cannot speak to the quality of work as it is not yet completed. However, the customer service provided by this company is severely lacking. E-mails are not answered promptly nor are they handled professionally. Yesterday, the drywall tech showed up 5 hours later than what was originally agreed upon. Today, someone was supposed to show up this morning; I have heard from no one and it is now 11 AM. I called the company to find out that the painting tech would not show up until after 12 PM. Again, I would have received no notice of this had I not called. Yesterday, I had to go behind the drywall tech and ask for things to be re-done as he didn't completely cover showing seams or seal entire cracks. It seems to me the bare minimum is what they're willing to do. The experience has been frustrating from the start and has been ongoing for over a month now. I look forward to my time with MRE being over. I would not recommend them to anyone.



Update: The paint techs arrived at 1 PM. Though late, they did very thorough and satisfactory work.

MRE, INC. came to my house due to a roof leak in my master bedroom, they arrived on-time for the estimate, arrive a roofing company to come out and repair the roof and they arranged to complete the job that very week, do to my circumstances. The employees were very courteous and clean. I am very happy with the job that MRE and its crew did in my home. I would recommend them to my friends and will call them with any additional work I may need in the future!

Michael Evangelisto came to my house and gave me an estimate to finish my basement. He was on time and courteous and the price was right. It was a pleasure to have his company do work for us. It was done in a timely fashion, his employees were clean, courteous, and helpful. My basement looks great, and we have had many parties and gotten great responses from friends and family. I would recommend them to anyone needing drywall and painting work done. I will use them again!
