A dear friend of mine brought his vehicle in to have a transmission installed after the installation the vehicle would not start they had him by a starter which was not the problem which was a non-refundable part after being charged almost $700 plus for the transmission install and buying a starter that was not necessary vehicle made in approximately one mile away and would not restart or run after having it towed back to to my place I discovered that the engine harness was smashed and pinch between the engine and transmission and tightened up!!!! Also he was charged almost $900 for all of this work which the truck is still useless that I am now repairing unprofessional untrained jackleg mechanics would not recommend taking a tricycle to them!!##!!!

Poor quality service. Co worker said boss was a piece of work. Over priced a 4 min tow. Pos service and would NOT ADVISE YOU TO GET YOUR CAR TOWED BY THEM

Poor communication; they never call when you ask them to. I've been waiting 3 days just for an odometer reading...

The first issue is that they replaced the alternator which cost $280.00, as asked. I picked up the car only to drive 5 minutes down the road and the ball joint literally broke while driving...keep in mind that the vehicle had no issues with the ball joint prior to this...interesting to say the least...

Unfortunately my first and last experience was not good. They towed my car to the incorrect location. After about 17 calls and saying I would call the police, it was determined they towed it to the incorrect place. After missing my service appointment with the dealership, i had to rent a car. I called and asked if they would reimburse me for the rental, no call back. Not once did i receive an apology for their error.

I was referred to Mabry's through my warranty company. The mechanics were very knowledge and informative about my recent purchase. The family oriented environment was a welcoming pleasure. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are the best, I'd recommended them to anyone. Great mechanic work and speed with Positive and Professional attitudes. #1 in my book
