Should be a 0 star review. They were a complete no-call/no-show at my 3/23/13 wedding. I think all of these good reviews are staged by their company, honestly. They haven't responded to e-mails or phone calls, but they sure took my money quickly enough. Incredible.



Don't use this company, unless you want to throw your money out the window.

Everyone loved our photo booth from Magical Plan-It Photo Booth!! The booth was a decent size to fit a small group of people and the guestbook for people to paste their photos and leave a message was great! I recommend using them for any of your event needs.

Desiree did a phenominal job at my wedding yesterday! Even though it was super early in the morning she got there before the sun even came up to help set up and get everything ready. I was a little nervous about doing a brunch wedding but with her flawless touch we were able to pull off the wedding of the year!

Their PhotoBooth was SO much fun!!!!

Magical Plan-it events was wonderful to work with their staff was very courteous and professional. They provided photo booth services for my daughters sweet sixteens and she couldn't have been more excited about the surprise. Thank you very much for making her day memorable!

Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I had a baby shower event booked for months with them (that of course they gladly took my money for with no problem), called and confirmed the week before, only for the company to never show. I've been calling every number they have listed since Sunday to get in touch with ANYONE and have been completely ignored. Great way to run a business!! If I could leave a ZERO rating I would

Magical Plan It Events is a scam! I wish I had researched this company and owner prior to booking them for my wedding!



Magical plan it events lacks customer service skills, responds slow, the owner is non professional, inconsiderate, and rude. I purchased a groupon for this company, Magical Plan It had a issue with groupons so they pulled the offer from groupons. I spoke to a rep and she advised me to get my money back from groupons and we could set up a contract directly through the company for the same price and deal. I then signed a contract and paid $362 to Magical Plan It. The company took several weeks to process my payment and once they did the charge was reversed. I then had to contact the company again and tell them to take the money out of my account. A few weeks later (June 16, 2012) is my wedding. The photo booth was dropped off and left outside of my reception. I walk up and the booth isn't connected to any power. One of my guest connect the booth to power and it starts working. My niece and nephew went to take pictures and when the photo strip printed out at the bottom it had another couples names and wedding date from the weekend prior to my wedding. The photo booth kept on turning off. Most of my guest we not able to have a turn in the photo booth. I was also suppose to get a scrapbook for my guest to sign and put there picture next to it along with a pen and glue sticks. I never got any of those items, so the guest book that I thought I would have for my wedding I now don't have because of this company. Later in the evening after my wedding was all said and done the owner comes to pick up the booth. My husband and I speak to the owner and asked him what happened and for a refund. The owner, Alex Polazzo, told me to email him that he would need to see how much time was on the hard drive. He didn't apologize nor care that he ruined a big part of my day. Magical Plan It Events should always have a back up plan it the event that circumstances happen. I was very disappointed, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

#BEWARE# I secured this company’s services approximately 1.5 yrs in advance of my Wedding Date. 1 yr later, little to no progress was made for the event. Over the year of working with this company, many promises were made & broken, repeatedly. There wasn't consistent correspondence; an address was changed and I wasn't notified, a phone number was changed and I wasn't notified, I had to send e-mails repeatedly to get any answers, communication is vital when planning a Destination Wedding and it's extremely disconcerting that I even had to request this information. I do not like to 'badger', and although I do understand not receiving an immediate response, not responding until a 3rd or 4th attempt is unacceptable. I was & still am highly disappointed, and quite frankly heartbroken.



Thus I submitted an official notice of cancellation. I was immediately contacted by the Owner of the company who made many offers to maintain my status as a client. I discussed the propositions with my Family. Valuable time had already been wasted investing in empty promises from the company. Thus, we were simply not willing to take the risk of incurring any more stress & disappointment.



I maintained my cancellation status, and mailed a signed copy. I requested my full amount invested, because the company did not meet the duties outlined in the agreement.



After multiple requests for an expected receipt date & amount of the refund, I was finally contacted by the owner, who stated it would by 60 days from the written notice and the refund amount would be anything paid aside from the deposit. Again I requested the full amount I invested, because the company did not meet the duties outlined in their agreement. I became extremely emotional at this point and a spiteful e-mail string followed between me & the owner. In a brief moment of insane irritation & frustration I posted on a Wedding Website warning other brides away from the company, I included a link to a fraud / scam alert website where various posts by other individuals were made regarding the owner, employees, company etc. I only wish I would've found before I secured their services. This action ultimately resulted in the owner informing me that I might find it best to settle this in court.

More than 60 days from the written cancellation notice, has come and passed, I still haven't received anything. I have submitted a complaint on the Florida Attorney General's website, Better Business Bureau, & Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services.

Magical Plan-It Events is the ultimate resource in lighting design.



We used this company for our third Pole Dance Recital, the lighting production completely transformed our studio into a sexy night club. All of the guest raved about how the space looked like an entirely different place.



We will definitely use Magical Plan-It Events for any future productions, I suggest you do the same.

I was so thrilled to be getting married but terrified of not being able to pull off "my perfect wedding". Desiree' was my wedding coordinator and I cannot tell you how much she did for me and my family. Besides making sure that all of the details were taken care, such as the DJ, the reception location, the ceremony location, the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, she even took care of my flowers and was there every step of the way with me. Desiree' not only made me feel special but also made my husband feel special. Mrs. Polazzo was very detailed and made me feel like a queen on my wedding day. I couldn't have done it without her. I would absolutely recommend Desiree'."

...What I particularly liked was the fact that the final choice of which company to use was up to us. (I had initially assumed that in using a wedding planner we would have a limited choice of companies to choose from). Their wedding planning advice and tips on decor, theme and colors was always offered and never thrust upon us - we were always given time to pick and choose exactly what we wanted. And their on the day service... unbelievable! I am still not sure how they managed to keep everybody happy and ensure that the day ran to plan. A first class wedding service from amazing people.

I purchased a day of coordinator package from them at the last moment and got super lucky! They were able to work out the mess that I had from all of the family planning and make my wedding a full professional production.

My Mom did the Mom thing and got me a planner as a gift, BEST gift that I could have gotten. They were such a blessing to have and even on days where there wasn't much planning to be done, I always heard someones voice.

Thank you , Thank you, Thank you! I'm a Do it yourself bride and they were able to put my thoughts and creations into reality. Talk about trusting. I would recommend them to anyone because honestly it was the BEST decision that I made!

The Staff is amazing! They are knowledgeable, respectful and attentive. I couldn't do any event without there help they are just amazing. There is no shopping around when you find magical plan it

I honestly don't know what to say about them besides WOW! I planned most of my wedding by myself but I just needed them to help out with some last moment things. Turns out there was A LOT I forgot and Desiree came in and touched everything up!.She knew exactly where to get everything and at great prices. I'm so glad I came across them, what saviors!
