At one time they were actually a decent company but now they're simply pathetic. Perhaps the worst company I have dealt with in South Florida. We had the company come out to diagnose a problem with our refrigerator and they ordered a new circuit board. Then, after they installed the board our freezer would not freeze anymore. They came out and said sure enough we had to order another part from them, and it would cost us more money. I asked to speak with a supervisor but the company never had the deceny to call me back. I am frankly surpised that they're even still in business. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!
