It is unfortunate that just anyone can post reviews online. CVAJITO owned a tractor that was involved in an accident. His vehicle was covered by an insurance company. He was very persistent in requesting copies of towing invoices and wanting to dispute charges. This was a serious multi truck accident on The NJ Turnpike. All towing and storage rates are regulated by The NJ Turnpike Authority. The Authority receives copies of all invoices on a monthly basis. Unfortunately Mandy's Service Center only has one person on staff at a time to answer phones, dispatch tow trucks, and assist customers in our office. We provide towing service, roadside repairs, and shop repairs. As one can imagine the phones can get busy at time. Unfortunately this person did not want to understand that even after he witnessed the chaos in person. We apologize for how the customer felt during this ordeal, but we tried on multiple occasions to explain the call volume. We also made requests to call him back at a later time or for him to contact his insurance company directly with is concerns. His insurance company had a copy of the invoice and full explanation of service performed. His claim representative refused to discuss any of this with him. It is not typical business practice to have an insured try to dispute a bill or even request a copy when their insurance company is satisfying all charges without dispute. This occurrence has nothing to do with customer appreciation. We made every attempt to be up front and honest with this customer. When we would ask him to hold on or request he call at another time so we could try to rationalize with him he would just hang up and call right back as though he was the only person who mattered. It is our primary function to get the stranded motorist to a safe location and in order to do so we have to be able to answer incoming phone lines. Again we would like to apologize to any customer that feels they did not get the individual attention that they desired, but please bare in mind that anytime you may have been asked to hold we may have been taking a call from someone's child, sibling, spouse, or friend in an unsafe scenario needing emergency assistance.

We WERE VERY DISAPOINTING with MANDY"S TOWING service. VERY NEGATIVE CUSTOMER ATTITUDE FROM CLERK AMANDA (RUDE, HANGED UP THE PHONE, DIDN'T PROVIDE NECESSARY PAPERS). We were waiting BOB YOUNG (the boss) for TWO HOURS FOR JUST TO OPEN ENVELOPE WITH CHECK TO RELEASE OUR TRUCK!!! - THESE PEOPLE DON'T APPRECIATE CUSTOMERS TIME AT ALL! AND VERY EXPENSIVE SERVICE. The other towing company COPPA TOWING provided us the best service, low prices and very helpfull advices!!! NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND TO USE MANDY'S TOWING TO ANYBODY!!!

They towed my car - it was so expencive! I could not believe when I saw a bill. They are so hungry for money people! And when I tried to tell that is a rip off, they started treat me as a criminal. Made a complain in Business Bureau. Hope, this company will be out of service soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!! T H I E V E S !!!!!!!!!!!!
