KATHERINE ILLGEN LCSW, CCTP, Owner of Manifest Wellness Counseling, LLC I have worked as a mobile treatment case manager providing in-home care to individuals with severe mental health concerns. I have also been in a supervisory role in the Therapeutic Day Treatment program which provided in-school mental health services to students. My passion however is outpatient therapy. I have provided services through community mental health agencies in Maryland and Virginia prior to opening Manifest Wellness Counseling, LLC and contracting with Hampton Roads Counseling, Inc.
