The work done was sup par. He hacked through a support beam without asking, broke out drywall crudely, and in general did a side work quality job. He said he would level an AC unit to prevent leaks by cutting out the side of the unit and resetting it. He didn't, he just reconnected the pipe and said it was fine but he guaranteed his work in Feb. Our house is built in 53 and well insulated. We didn't use it until about two months ago. It leaked gallons so I turned it off. I'm a busy professional and didn't get around to calling back. I called today and he called me a liar for not using it then said he only guarantee his work for 30 days. So until March, for an AC unit? I'm not one to post negative things. I'm a BNI member and business professional. I highly recommend avoiding this business.
