Provided by YP.comWe were having a problem with our Frigidaire front loading washer not filling with water. Travis evaluated the problem and determined that a sensor was not working properly because of too much soap used in the past. Explained to us how to rinse out the system and how to avoid this issue in the future. Well worth the service call to have the washer looked at. Highly professional serviceman.

We had a brand new dishwasher that was flashing an electrical error sign. Larry at Mannings came out and charged us $100 bucks to say it was an electrical issue. Duh! That is what the flashing sign said! Thanks to Mannings not only were we out a dishwasher but we lost $100 for calling Mannings. As soon as they left I tried to start the dishwasher and it wouldn't start. When I called the lady in the office at Mannings to ask for a refund or another service call to check their work she said, "well the technician said it worked while he was there and how else can we make money if we don't charge you for coming out". They wouldn't even make a courtesy call to come back and check their work the next day without charging us another $100. We decided it was not a good gamble to spend this kind of money when a new dishwasher only costs a few hundred bucks. Mannings should tell people when you schedule a call that they expect $100 whether they repair anything or not and they don't guarantee their work for 1 day, 1 week or 1 month. They expect to be charged by the hour and not for results. Also if there is a flashing "electrical error" sign they should diagnose that by phone and not charge you $100 to send someone out and read it back to you. It would be like going to a mechanic and having them say "the service engine light is on, you need your engine serviced. That will be $100 for diagnosing the problem and if you want me to fix it that will cost you several hundred dollars". Bad experience.

Manning's was the first repair service that fixed all our appliance problems expertly. Larry has knowledge from years of experience but also a sense about what to look for beyond the obvious. I called about the dryer door, but he noticed we crimped the vent by pushing the dryer close to the wall. He replaced the old vent and added an elbow so it won't touch the wall. He tested the oven's temperature and replaced the insulated strip in the door and also found that the door wasn't closing all the way because of the misfit in the wall cupboard. He explains all his reasoning.
