On 10/20/2013 I had a breakdown that occurred in Jericho,AR. I am a semi tractor trailer driver and for those who in the business, we all know how big of a headache a breakdown can be to a driver. Marion Towing received the call for the tow. My dispatcher told me it was going to be (2) hours before the wrecker was going to arrive to my breakdown location. The wrecker arrived in 45 minutes of me reporting the breakdown.GREAT RESPONSE time i was very impressed, when the driver got out the vehicle he was very kind, polite and knowledgeable about the towing procedures and load security check before towing a semi tractor trailer. The driver made my breakdown nightmare turn into a good experience. His good driving and maneuvering skills were remarkable as well.... Never caught the drivers name, but I want to say "THANKS" to the Marion Towing Repair team for making my breakdown nightmare into a great experience one that deserves great recognition...
