  Maritime Lawyer Tim Akpinar provides marine legal services for property and casualty matters involving maritime collision, complex cargo loss, Jones Act, personal injury, salvage, contract and other admiralty jurisdiction matters. This includes coverage nationwide for offshore, coastal and inland waters in federal and state courts. Tim taught law at a state maritime academy in an adjunct capacity. He is a licensed engine room officer with an unlimited horsepower rating. He grew up on the water and has experience in racing and cruising sailboats.
