Don't go to this attorney's office I agree with te other 2 reviews saying they low ball you and don't even try to fight for you. They don't try and communicate with you and when I brought that up I was told "well we're not your parents your a grown person" like yeah but I thought you were my legal adviser. You didn't advise anything. They never even got back to me until it was time to ask for a letter in Damond. They didn't ask my thoughts or anything and me not knowing how this goes I just went along!! I seriously think this place is the McDonald's of attorneys. Don't go here unless you want a quick settlement and don't care to get fully compensated. I'm definitely not going to settle with them. I'm looking for a better attorney especially cause the lady yelled at me and told me I was trying to scam the company I'm going up against. That's not at all what I was saying in any shape or form. All I asked was questions and they got very mad and started accusing me of things. What a great firm...

This must be the most experienced attorney in the Seattle/Tacoma area of Western Wa. I was in an auto accident and the case was extremely complicated. I hired Mark Hammer because of his 30 years plus of experience. Wow! The medical bills were all paid. I'm back in a new car and and I put a lot of money in my pocket for my pain and suffering. Mr. hammer...you are the best. Thank you. I'm telling everyone I meet to "go to Mark Hammer". He's the most qualified car accident lawyer in Seattle and Tacoma.

I googled "accident attorney" on my phone and location wise Mark A. Hammer was the first. They sent me to a chiropractor and car shop to fix my neck and car. No problems, staff was great, answered my questions and concerns, no problems so I give them 5 stars. Sure, I didn't receive a million dollars but was satisfied.

Very satisfied with his services. I had to wait a while for my settlement but that is just how it works, the insurance company made a low ball offer to me, I call Mr. Hammer and he responded quickly. He always answers his phone at any time or day. He fought for me and made the insurance company pay me what I deserved, I wish I could give him more stars!!

I agree with andrew1034. 3 years later and still the same. Low balled my wife and I. There is no communication at all. I have know ideal what happen to the 1/3 he was suppose to get. But between Hammer and the chiropractor Norquest. Out of 27000 my wife and I got 3400.00. And that is with someone hitting us going 70 mph. Please stay away. and pass the word along. and get someone that will fight for you. words out at Boeing.

As a previous medical practice employee, I can tell you he is the absolute worst attorney out there. Sure, he might be nice and sweet, but the truth is he settles for the least amount possible. He does not care to go the extra mile because he has thousands of clients. Please stay away if you want someone who will actually fight for you.

Like most people I was skeptical about approaching an attorney to help me. In fact when I called the toll free number I was expecting a receptionist would answer the phone and I could eventually slip through the cracks of a big law firm. To my amazement Mr. Hammer took the call immediately....no middle man. In fact, he takes all the calls that come in through his advertising. I know because I called several times before I decided to hire him. And wow do years of experience make a difference. I received a large settlement from an insurance company that was trying only to give me money for the damage to my car. My case was assigned eventually to a very polite case load manager and I won. Months later I bought a car that turned out to be a lemon. I called Mr. Hammer again for advice. He told me that he only does vehicle accidents. But he went out of his way to give me the name of another attorney who would work with me. I've read the testimonials on his website. And from my experience I think most of the people that have hired him are speaking very highly of him.
