Our owner, Mark Hammer, has personally built more than 20 custom homes in the past 20 years. From starter homes to multimillion dollar homes. Along with our reputable team of licensed and insured plumbers, carpenters, roofers, electricians, and HVAC sub-contractors, and in partnership with our designers and architects or with yours, we can help you design and build any new home, addition, or garage. For a new home, we can work from your plans, purchase a complete set of house plans off of the internet and customize them, or you can work with our architects and designers and engineers to come up with something truly unique and original. The way we stand-out from our competition is how we interact with our customers. We encourage you, our clients to be involved while we're building your new home. We will be teaching you about construction practices and terminology so you can make educated decisions about your project. We want you to know all about what's going on and be involved in daily decision making if you want to be. With open access on the project, you will be able to make changes or upgrades to your new home at any time. We will give you an itemized quote, with material and labor separate, so you can clearly see how much the estimated cost is for each facet of the job.
