When I called, it went to voicemail. Rather than leaving a message, I disconnected the call & sent a brief text msg.

After saying "Hello, thanks for calling me back, did you get my text?" She reprimand me on how I should properly introduce my(40+y/o, MBA earned, 20+yrs working for Fortune 50 companies)self, while ending her sentences w/prepositions&conjugating verbs improperly.

I only said the 1 sentence. I said "let's start this over as I believe this has gotten off on the wrong foot" she actually said "No, you should hang up & try again." To think I simply called to see if she was willing to deliver some balloons/candy to the gsu library. I was willing to pay at least a $40-$50 service fee for her time but couldn't even get that far. Since then she must have read the text msg. She left me a VM explaining why she responded that way, including "I don't need to talk to no one if I don't know who you are and if You don't understand my professional manner, I'm sorry, I don't care." Wow!
