Provided by YP.comI just have to comment on Martin Appliance repair service. Yesterday our Bosh front load washer would not drain and the locked door would not open. I called Martin's service in Quarryville, PA. I talked with Ron in repair and told him the code which was displayed. He said the pump wasn't emptying that is why the door is locked and probably a sock or something was blocking the pump. He ask if we had small children, well no, but we have Grandchildren who visits and my wife washes their clothes as they dirty them. (We had them for the weekend) Ron gave me directions on how to drain the tub, open the door, open the pump clean port. I hung up, followed his directions to drain the tub, unlocked the door, opened the port, and yep, there was a small sock. Restarted the washer and all was good.
I called Ron back and thanked him for his advise. He said they try to help people out with small problems. (was not small problem to my wife who had a load of wet wash trapped in a washer) Can you believe that? Here is a company who could have come out did what they told me and charged me $100 service fee.
I have used Martins in the past for appliance repair and will continue to do so in the future. I think you can trust Martins to be fair and honest. You don't find businesses like this very often today, maybe in Montana Just my opinion.
