This contractor is a thief, I have a $7000 judgment against him for taking my deposit and never coming back.

It is really hard to believe just how terrible a response and performance this contractor has rendered. He bid 3 weeks for a project and has taken over 8 months to complete. He has not finished the landscaping and cementing of flagstone steps leaving a gaping and dangerous hole in one. He has not removed a silt construction fence, delivered shrubs and tress, installed electrical lighting, nor completed proper drainage of the site. He has not paid workers and they have begun to stop by my house and ask his whereabouts. I received a notice of intent to place a lien on my house due to his non-payment of a sod vendor. To date I have overpaid Matthew Telenko $1,692.00. I have sent numerous emails and phone calls to Mr. Telenko which he will not return. Please help in any way possible to educate those about the poor service and response of this business.
