Wow after a lenghtly research period decided to go with 700 MWS- Model itsnangreat machine it sure performs as well as they talk about it I have soft water no more water stains or spots my wife is supper happy and that's what I care about making my family happy my daughter also has a skin condition and has helped tremendously



I appreciate that the sales person was not pushy and helped answer all of our questions

I recently bought a system from Maui Water system and have been completely satisfied with what they've given me. Haven't had one problem with the system yet. The clean water has been great with my young kids in the bath and of course for drinking out of our faucets. Plus the taste is exactly like fiji water and has replaced the need to buy all those packs of bottled water I used to go through. I recommend the system highly and am really happy how it's whole housee and requires little maintenance! Do yourself a favor and go with maui water systems if you're looking for a healthy filter.

I searched whole house water filters for almost 2 months...what most people dont think about is what is the total operating cost for 5 years? Some filters are expensive up front, or in the back end. Overall, through countless hours of research, I decided to go with Maui water Systems Inc filter. They installed it this weekend...it was packaged and works exactly as expected. No leaks, perfect packaging, great customer service...I recommend this to anyone interested in providing cleaner water for your entire house

The Maui staff responded quickly to our problem and acted in a very professional manner to see the issue resolved satisfactorily. I want to take this opportunity to complement Steve, a member of the Maui team. I called multiple times with questions regards a combo salt free system for well water. Steve was very helpful, asked clarifying questions, recommended a system to meet my needs. I never felt pressured to buy a system even though I called at least three times during my research. I was given the name/# from a friend who highly recommended the Maui water System as well. He said he'd purchased a number of systems from maui and has liked all the system. Based on my initial interaction with Maui, I look forward to getting the system and having it installed. I'm confident the "service" after the sale will be just as enjoyable

Great systems i purchased a no salt systems and a alkaline system got a great deal compared to other companys i called.Thank you i will recommend my brother to guys

I recently had installed a whole house water filter from Maui water and am very pleased with the results. The system is was easily installed i got the maintenance fre unit.

. My water now tastes wonderful and has no chlorine smell or taste. My hair and skin are noticeably softer and feel wonderful. And, I have stopped buying bottled water. I would encourage everyone to purchase and install a Maui water no salt system to insure that the water you and your family drinks, bathes in, and cooks not only tastes good but is free of potentially harmful chemicals.

When you choose to soften your water, you will immediately begin to see the difference between hard and soft water. If you have had hard water in your home for many years, you may be surprised at the significant change that softening your water will make to every area of your home that uses water. Your clothes will feel softer, smell cleaner, and look brighter than ever before i searched for several softeners but asked to much money i came accross maui they gave me a awsome unit good price very proffesional staff

The first review by Jon C. could not be more true. Our sales representative, Hector Ovalle, is the VP of sales.



Hector contacted us on a weekly, if not daily, basis. He came to our door to try and sell us the systems and would call us on all phone numbers provided to him to try and set up an appointment.



We finally met with him, and he seemed to be a geuinely nice guy. He sold us on their system, but also promised us supplies that he has yet to provide to us. Of the supplies promised, what is most important to us is a TDS that meausures the purity of the water and the manual for the system itself.



Our system was installed onJuly 6, 2011 and he was good about following up with us and responding to us the first month. Personally, I think he only did so in order to get more business from our family members and friends. We would ask about the supplies he had yet to provide us and he continued to let us know that their supply orders were backed up but that he would provide it in another 2 weeks.



It has now been over 2 months and I can't get a return call from him. We've left multiple voice messages over the last 4 weeks on his cell phone that he provided. I've also tried calling their general customer phone number to leave messages for him and did not get a call back. I asked if I could speak with his supervisor or any other sales representatvie and the customer support line could not connect me to anyone else.



While we did receive the system, we still get water spots and since we never received the TDS and manual regarding the maintenance of the system, there's no way for us to determine the purity of our water. We're also concerned because our contract includes 2 years of maintenance and filters for our system. If he has not been good on delivering the other supplies, we can't be sure that 2 years from now he'll stick to the contract.

Which is the best ? Everybody says they are. Well After purchasing a lowes softener we found out the unit was not giving us 100 percent softwater just because you buy a softener doesn't mean youll get soft water.my showers,glases and dishes kept geting stained.Most people have a opinion on what they think might work but unfortuntly it does not work that way there much more implied like reasearch and comparing companys waranties etc.....



I heard of Maui water systems through a friend i called them and they tested my water and gave me several choices to best fit my family needs iam very happy i dont have water spots or staining in my home plus they are very reasonable.there customer service dept is great .would recomend this company with same or different type of water problems, Thank You Maui Water Systems. I hope this helps other make there desecion easier when it comes to water softeners.
