The best is What you are !!

I had a very high end cruise ship today< Silversea Expedition's Prince Albert 2. It was the 1st voarge for the ship, ang Gloucester was the 1st US port of call : then they were going to NYC to debark.

They had asked me for a walking tour, for 100 plus people; 1 to 15 guides to passenger ratio; and the tour was should be all about art. On a Sunday morning !!, But i got it together; hired all the guides; arranged for a group, mug up, etc.

Then, after comming back from the Music Theater on Friday night, T looked at my emails at 11:30pm to find out that the ship asked me to change the tour from a walking tour to a motor coach tour - Could i have 3 coaches waiting and could i provide .33 liter bottles of chilled water for all the participants, an unknown number that could be as high as 125 ?!? Crazy! Thats why i emailed you guys right away, knowing full well that I wouldnt get any where that night.

But, 1st thing Saturday morning i called and got Frank - God Bless Frank!!

He juggled things around and lined up the 33pax and fullsize for me.YAY!!!

But there's more....

On Sunday morning at 6:50 i got a call from the other coach company i had contracted with ( Pantages) that told me that his Prevost came in at 3am from a bachelor party with engine problems. Iwas on my way to the ship< and worse for Scott Pantages- he was getting married at 10 am !!

He said his mechanic is working on it, and he'd call me.

So i frantically called Frank again - he was awesome , helped me talk through it and brainstormed a solution which totally would work if it had to . If it werent for Frank's sane thinking i think i would have lost it.

Tim ans Tony were fantastic as well. They rolled with the whole thing, which was a very confusing morning at times.

But they were great. Pantages coach was able to come, and that was a big help.

So my point is

Frank 9especially), Tony and Tim literally made this shore excursion happen this morning.I seriously had no where else to turn, and your guys came through for me, big time.

So whatever you're doing to instill that " can do " ethic ( the same one i have!) continue doing it.

Thanks again... it really is great to work with you.

The best is what you all are!

To get you up to speed, Terri and Russell-

I had a very high end cruise ship here today, Silversea Expedition's Prince Albert ll. It was the inaugural voyage for the ship and Gloucester was the first US port of call; then they were going to NYC to debark.

They had asked me for a walking tour- for 100+ people; 1 to 15 guide to passenger ratio; and the tour should be all about art. On a Sunday morning!

But, I got it together; hired all the guides; arranged for a group mug up, etc.

Then, after coming back from the Music Theater on Friday night, I looked at my emails at 11:30PM to find out that the ship asked me to change the tour from a walking tour to a motor coach tour- Could I have 3 coaches waiting, and could I provide .33liter bottles of chilled water for all the participants, an unknown number that could be as high as 125?!?

It's working for you! And, me!

I'll call tomorrow (Monday) morning to settle up with you.
