This company is dishonest. I made a mistake by paying in full before job completed because I was promised they would return and I naively thought a business would be honest. They did not return and ignored my several calls...unless from a different phone. I had to drive to this business to get them to finish. When they came, they changed the scope of work by not cutting all the branches we discussed. I was showed an invoice WITHOUT my signature!
My advice is to stay clear of this company. Now, you will be sweet-talked and they will deny what I am saying here and call me a liar. You'll see.
1. If job is incomplete, make a partial payment. That way the business will return and finish the entire job.
2. Have a work order signed by both parties. That way a fake invoice cannot be presented.
