Their service and rates are TERRIBLE!!! I called them when my furnace when out 8pm. The tech contacted me at 10:30pm and said that he was at a job and that would take him over an hour and he would need to come the NEXT DAY at 8:30am. I agreed and the next day when I called to inquire about my appointment and FOUND OUT THAT THE TECH SHOULD CANNOT MAKE AN APPT!!! Furious with NO HEAT I ask to speak to a manager and the owner, Jeff got on the phone and talked nicely and made promises such as I will help you on the cost of your repair today, Well, the tech finally got to my home at 3:45pm and CLEANED my furnace and inside my blower. We paid the service fee and there was no mention of a reduced fee. One week later the furnace went out again. We called back and they came out charged us a service fee + a part charge (NOT a BLOWER). Now 18 days later, the furnace went out again. When my husband called to discuss the service fees the owner, Jeff just went on to justify the service fee and we said "No Thanks". Well I hope OUR (2) SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT FOR PARTS MAKE THEM HAPPY! We will never do business with this company again. Instead we went with Majestic Heating and they gave us Exceptional customer service, a 2-hour appt window, reasonable rates, and they went the extra mile to fix the furnace the FIRST TIME!!! NOW THAT'S HOW BUSINESS IS DONE!!
