The worst truck driver i ever met .Office staff nice Find someone else I hate people who take advantage of young and old with intimidation

Traveling on west main street in Newport Rhode island today, slush and snowing...large mellow and sons tow truck comes behind me and then blows pass me in 30 mph zone, I speed up to clock him, going 50 to 55 mph then watch light turn yellow then red and he blows right through it....call company to tell them they have maniac driving their tow truck...askask \ say if they have truck in newport...lady says that's the owner on call for emergency police call. I said right....there's no tow truck emergency calls, you can't go flying through town 50 to 55 mph and blowing through red lights...she says I don't know what to say that's the owner...I tell her I'll call the police!

They told us one time then when they should have arrived called and said they would b an extra half hour. That was the good news. We gave the address where we wanted to car delivered and said we would meet them there 45 minutes later we are still waiting so we call and they tell us the car was delivered. They delivered it to the wrong place the whole experience took over 2 hours. Our driver was clueless and didn't folow directions.

BEWARE!!!! Do not leave anything of value in your vehicle. My Pioneer after market stereo was stolen out of my car and sold. They lie, cheat and steal!!!!

very two faced people. will tell you one thing to your face and stab you when you turn around..they mostly do aaa in fall river. she wlll not tow anything she doesnt feel like it. she has horrible service with extremely dirty trucks. food wrappers empty bottles all over the floor of the trucks. not to mention grease everywhere. goes perfect with the grumpy dirty drivers. she wont tow anything with ground effects,flat tires lowered or anything modified because she has no confidence in her drivers.. and the drivers dont want to tow anything because if something gets scratched she makes the driver pay for it.. and never let the driver talk you into "bringing the car back to the shop for repairs" because you'll pay out of the nose for half assed work. they dont posess a repair facility license.. or a dealers license even though they sell cars out of there everyday.. buyer beware rippoff report
