My doctor called in a prescription before he performed oral surgery to ensure it would be ready. Two hours later I arrive at Dierbergs Mackenzie Point, Mercy Pharmacy and it is not ready. Doctor had left voicemail which is normal procedure when THEY WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE! They hadn't even checked their voicemail for over two hours!!!! It was another hour that I stood there in pain waiting for them to fill every other prescription for people that were not standing there (no one else was even in line...) waiting for these people to decide to get my prescription!
