I hired Merry Maids to clean my house for a very important birthday party for my

husband. Someone came to the house and went over what was to be done with me.

I paid the money and the cleaners were to come in a few days and a neighbor was

to let them in. When I arrived that evening I was sadly disappointed. I had to get

ready for the party and clean everything they had "missed".

I called the office and told them what had happened. They said to call the next time

we needed a good cleaning and they would take care of it. When I called, I was told

that I was expected to pay for most of the cleaning.

I was very unhappy and tried to call the office and the headquarters, etc. etc.

Nobody returned my calls.....I never heard from them again.
