I called to see if Matt could work on my washer, basically to re-attach a filter tube inside of it and he told me not only that he wouldn't just do a "labor call," but refused to recommend to me anyone else who would. His advice was "None of us will come out to do anything like that for less than $100 bucks. Maybe call one of the smaller guys who don't advertise as much. I don't know what else to tell you." RUDE. Just plain rude. If you don't want to take my money, I won't give it to you. Simple as that. Call Bill Simms at Modern Home Appliance!
