Provided by YP.comI have used Metro-Med for a couple of years, but recently had a problem when they sent my supplies to my old address. I was out of town for a month and was not aware that the supplies were sent to the wrong place until I returned and called. They said that it was delivered and had not been returned and left it up to me to track down the shipment.
I even received a phone call from the girl that had originally telephoned about sending me supplies over a month earlier. She called to tell me that I had not told her that I had moved. I informed her that I did not tell her I had moved because I had informed their office of my change of address when I had moved. I would think that it would be common policy to double check addresses before sending out shipments.
I presently still have not received my supplies and have been unable to contact the people that currently live at my old address. So I am without my supplies, which my insurance has already remitted payment; and Metro-Med is leaving it up to me to track down their shipment.
NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!
