Do not use this company

We hired this company in 2005 to roof our house after a storm. We had problems at that time with the company salesperson not following through on promises he made to us. Since then we have had two recent incidents where our roof has leaked and caused damage to the ceiling in our house. We called Metro Roofing (Tim Swinkie) and asked him to please fix the problem. He has been very rude and unwilling to stand behind the contractual warranty. Metro Roofing has been a total disappointment and I would not recommend them to anyone. I hoped that the initial installation problems would be the only bad experience we had and that they would stand behind their warranty as promised. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Do not use Metro Roofing or you will be disappointed and experience the same buyers remorse that my family has.

I wish to thank the customer for bringing this to our attention. We are the parent company for Metro Roofing. I would ask the customer to contact me personally and I would be glad to come out and have him show me the issues he is having with his roof.
